Challenge Course and Experiential Education

Peak 7's Challenge Course and Experiential Education Program offers an unforgettable opportunity for teams to strengthen communication, trust, and collaboration in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Offered at UGM Camp, our low ropes course programming is designed to push participants out of their comfort zones, fostering teamwork and problem-solving as groups work together to navigate physical and mental challenges.

Whether it’s stepping through a spider web, crossing cables, or conquering the team wall, every activity is built to encourage growth, improve group dynamics, and boost morale. It’s not just about the physical obstacles—it's about how your team responds, learns, and grows together.

Perfect for school or church groups, sports teams, or community organizations, Peak 7’s team building experience creates lasting bonds and equips participants with the tools to tackle challenges both in and out of your school, church or workplace. Let us help you build a stronger, more connected team—one challenge at a time!

New in 2024, UGM Camp's brand new, first-of-its-kind Crandell Adventure Course offers a unique approach to team building, with a focus on low impact problem solving and creative thinking. Highly inclusive and designed by Synergo for participants of all abilities, the Adventure Course offers a window into the future of cutting edge, creative team building.

Group Size: 8-100 (depending on staffing availability, very large groups may need to plan for morning and afternoon sessions. Groups are typically divided into sub-groups of 8-12, although large group team building can be added as an element to your session.

High Ropes? You won't find high challenge course elements, harnesses or helmets here. We focus on the TEAM, not the individual. Our highest challenge course element, the team wall, takes participants a maximum of 12 feet off the ground. Most elements are much lower, offering a more approachable experience for height-wary individuals.

Session Length: You decide! The more time spent on the challenge course, the greater the growth. We suggest a minimum of 3-4 hours and have worked with overnight groups up to 16 hours split over 2 days!

Pricing Structure: $15 per person per hour, with a minimum of 2 groups/3 hours. Part of our pricing includes UGM Camp's day use fee.

Transportation an issue? If organizing transportation is a deal breaker, get in touch. We can bring our props based programming to the local park, playground or gym of your choice.

Minimum Age: The challenge course and UGM Camp's brand new, first of its kind adventure course are designed for ages 8 and up.

Our Team: We hate to brag, but we'll do it anyways. Peak 7 has an amazing team of challenge course facilitators with more years of experience than we can count on our fingers and toes. They love working with youth, and will work with you to create a program that builds towards your goals. No brand new facilitators here- every one of our staff comes to our program with outside experience and a passion for team building!
