What to bring
You are encouraged to dress in layers. We spend a significant amount of time out side regardless of weather. Dress accordingly.
Pack a lunch daily. There are no local food options. There is a refrigerator on site.
Bring a pen and notebook for note-taking in the field as well as the classroom.
Bring a headlamp for the WFR night exercise.
You are encouraged but not required to bring your typical daypack and contents in order to put your gear to the test in our scenarios.
Peak 7 has limited scholarships available. If you are not able to afford the price of the certification, you may apply for a scholarship here.

Take Hwy 195 to the Cheney-Spokane Rd. Head south on Cheney-Spokane Rd to Cedar Rd. Angle left on Cedar Rd and continue for 2 miles. Turn left at White Rd. Peak 7 is the first lot on your right.
Recommended minimum supplies for a personal First Aid Kit
- 2 Triangular bandages
- 2 Elastic Bandages
- Athletic tape
- 2 Safety Pins
- 4×4 Gauze pads
- Pencil/Permanent Marker
- Zipper sandwich bag
Quantities and extras will vary depending on the number of people the kit is designed to cover.
