Work for Peak 7!

Be a Summer Guide!

Peak 7 is searching for adventurous, friendly, hardworking guides to join us in serving youth in the outdoors! Guides are the hands-on, frontline facilitators of all outdoor programs. Guides gain unique outdoor and leadership experience while building relationships with youth and participating in an outdoor community that often lasts well after the season ends. Above all, Peak 7 is looking for guides that have interpersonal skills such as self-awareness, risk-management, care for others, and the ability to manage groups, conflict, and activities. While outdoor experience is a plus, technical outdoor skills are not required. Peak 7 trains guides with necessary skills for outdoor activities.

If you would like to join the team, please download an application and mail it back to us with a $20.00 non refundable application fee.

“I am thankful for Peak 7 because it pushed me to face some of my biggest fears and to see a strength in myself that I never knew before. I am grateful for the challenge and the triumphs and all of the people we worked with this summer; my experience with Peak 7 revealed to me a passion for reaching the homeless, hurting, and marginalized of society. I am thankful for the ways in which I had to rely completely on God and for the level of closeness that developed between us. Peak 7 gave me an experience I will carry with me through the rest of my life.”  Riah, Summer Guide 2017
